Orders up to £50 delivery fee is £5
Orders over £50 delivery is free.
Orders over £150 free premium delivery.
Depending on the size and weight of your order we will use an appropriate tracked service such as Fedex, Parcelfroce, DHL or royal mail.
Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours Monday-Friday.

Underground fossils regularly supplies collectors internationally including customers from the USA, Australia, Canada, Japan and many other destinations.
Every international order is tracked, insured and professionally packed.

Economy international £25 delivery fee or free on orders over £150
usually sent via Fedex, Parcelforce or DHL.

Estimated delivery time is 5-7 days although customs clearance can occasionally extend this.

Premium international:

£60 or free on orders over £300
usually sent via DHL or Fedex.
Estimated delivery is 4-5 working days although customs clearance can occasionally extend this.

International orders are carefully packed using high quality protective materials such as double walled boxes, air packaging and bubble wrap.
Every international shipment is tracked and insured.
We also complete the appropriate customs paperwork with accurate paperwork and declared values so help ensure a smooth delivery.
Customs and import charges:
International customers should be aware that their country may charge import VAT, customs duties, courier administration charges or other fees.
These charges vary by destination and are the responsibility of the buyer.

EU customers:
Shipping to EU member states is currently suspended while we update our arrangements for new packaging compliance regulations. We continue to ship to many non-EU European countries.
Returns:

we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you change your mind you may return your item within 14 days provided its returned in the same condition in which it was supplied, if the item is not broken or faulty we just ask that the customer pay the return postage fee.

If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours and provided photographs of the fossil and the packaging so we can make the necessary insurance claims and arrange a refund.
