We currently only ship within the UK.
Yes Underground fossils is a UK, family run business with a retail shop based in Uckfield East Sussex.
Yes, we have a high street retail shop located on Uckfield high street, TN221AT open Thursdays-Saturdays 10am-5pm and Sundays 11am-2pm. We also sometimes open on bank holidays so please check our calendar on the home page for confirmation on this.
We have a very good wholesaler so please let us know if your after something not listed on the web site and we can try to source it for you.
We do not provide certificates as there is no governing body on this matter and to give a certificate would not really prove much. We do however offer our own guarantee that all our fossils are genuine and will refund anything that is proven not be genuine by a reputable and qualified person. We do also provide nice little information sheets with all higher value fossils stating where the fossil has come from and stating where we bought it from so there is a paper trail to follow. Yes, we do run a discount program for all official museums and educational institutions. Please contact us via our email address with the item your interested in and details of your place of work and we will happily discuss potential discounts and assistance.
