Underground fossils is a genuine, full time bricks and mortar business and we value all of our customer orders.
When an order is placed with Underground fossils, a team member will be in contact to provide you with a tracking number (all orders are tracked) and be on hand to assist every step of the way. You will always be able to contact a real staff member (no bots used here).

Your item will be professionally boxed using double walled boxes (usually a box within a box) air bag systems, foam and more to ensure your precious item has the best chance of arriving un-damaged.
We insure all of our parcels so you can rest assured your order is fully covered should the worst happen.
Packing photos are provided during the packing process. We take secure deliveries seriously and value your order every step of the way
Making delivery as economical as possible:
We provide a very competitive delivery service without sacrificing quality.
Our economy service typically uses Parcel force international global priority service, this is a tracked service. This is a flat fee of £25 (including high quality packaging) or is free on orders over £150.
We also offer a DHL express tracked service which is usually very fast for a flat fee of £60 or free on orders over £300.
Please note: We do not cover any customs fees or import fees. These will need to be paid by the customer, these all vary depending on the country.
