A stunning piece for any collector or as a statement piece for your home or office. We were informed by our very reputable supplier that this mosasaur jaw section is not on artificail matrix, it is on original rock in a plaster cast to keep it secure. The jaw itself is all original, most of the teeth are believed to be original but our supplier did say some may have been inserted from other mosasaur to fill any missing gaps. Overall this is a very complete fossil with the usual repairs and damages. This fossils origin is from Morocco and is about 50cm long or so in total including the outer cast. We would highly recommend arranging an appointment to come and see the fossil before purchasing. We would be delighted to show anyone this stunning fossil.
